How long will it take to get my order?
We ship out within 1–3 business days, and most customers receive their bikes in 2–9 days.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Nope! Most orders in the U.S. and Canada ship free of charge. Just place your order and we’ll take care of the rest.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. If you’re not completely happy with your BIGNIU, just reach out to us within 30 days and we’ll help you with a return.
Where do you ship?
Right now we only ship within the U.S. and Canada.

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number right after you check out. Once your bike ships, we’ll also send you tracking info so you can follow your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, major credit cards, and Klarna for flexible payment options.

Absolutely! We offer batteries, tires, brake pads, and other parts so you can easily replace or upgrade when needed.
